Optimizing energy performance is a strategic challenge for operating fleets of complex assets. In this case, the objective is to evaluate the overall performance of a fleet based on the components specific to each unit (engines, boilers, batteries) and their operational profile.

To address this challenge, our client wanted to transform an expert algorithm into a full-fledged web application that allows simulating and automating energy calculations across all of its technical departments.

Our client operates a large fleet of technical assets, subject to significant environmental and operational constraints. The challenge is to analyze the fleet's overall energy performance, taking into account the energy architecture specific to each vessel as well as its operating conditions.

Historically, the group relied on internal calculation tools whose use was limited to a few specialists due to complex ergonomics and limited error management. This situation hindered the dissemination of the tool.

The goal was to leverage these expert algorithms, which had been scarcely accessible, by integrating them into a robust platform. In close collaboration with the client, we designed a user experience that meets the rigorous demands of their profession while ensuring the reliability of the calculation engine to guarantee results that can be used across all technical departments.
