OSE has designed and developed an innovative portal to facilitate the monitoring of their machine park. At the heart of this platform is an intuitive dashboard that allows employees, distributors and customers to easily visualize the operational status of the machines.

More precisely, this tool offers real-time traceability of hydrogen consumption as well as the operating times of each machine. In addition, instant alerts are generated as soon as an anomaly is detected, in order to guarantee prompt interventions by operators.

Analysis and classification of patterns

we used a PCA (Principal Component Analysis) for dimensionality reduction and a clustering algorithm to group patterns by behavioral similarity. A key point was the correlation identified between the manufacturer's model error and cumulative emissions, underlining the importance of targeting high-emission patterns.

REAL TIME NOTIFICATIONS

Automatic alerts immediately alert operators if a malfunction is detected on a machine.

Preventive visits

A maintenance calendar dedicated to each machine, with upcoming visits and the complete history of interventions, for a rigorous monitoring of the state of the park.

An integration of geographic data to visualize the distribution of machines across the network.
